Recovery shows "No Command"

Hey, I have a Galaxy S4 GTI9500. Yesterday I received an OTA update. I installed and after the device rebooted, I got a notification saying the update installed successfully. However now when I boot into recovery, I see an android with the red notice and the text "No command". When I try to wipe the cache partition, I get ana error and the device reboots. The recovery was working fine before the update. Please help.
