Got my new Samsung Galaxy S4 a couple of months ago and on 2-3 occasions I had problems with pictures I've taken.

What happened this weekend was that I took a couples of pictures, a birthday party, and 2 pictures had a problem with it. I checked the pic right after taking them and they looked fine, but when I checked them again later, one had a big gray block on 95% of the picture, so nothing to see on it, and the other has the same but on 50% of the pic.

I just tried transfering the pictures on my computer to see if I could see them ok but no... same problem.

Am I the only one with this problem? It happened 2-3 times over the last 2-3 months, and I don't take a lot of pictures.

It's really annoying and it destroys my pictures..

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 with Telus.

Looking forward to reading you concerning this.

    Thank you,

Are you saving them to the internal memory or to an SD card? If to an SD card, perhaps the card is going bad.

The photos are directly saved on the SD card, but if i remember correctly, the first time it happened i didn't have a sd card.. but i may be wrong. I'll check that out, thanks!
