Need help find a Smart Action app

I just bought a S4 over the weekend and looking for an app similar to an app I had on my old phone. I use to have a Droid Razr and it had an app called Smart Actions. Basically it turned on or off certain functions when my phone was in a certain area or time of day. Example when I was at work my phone would automatically turn my wifi off and turn my ringer to low. Or when it was midnight my phone would go into sleep mode and turn off in background actions. So I am looking for the same kind of function or app I can use on my S4. Can anyone help?

Tasker can do that and more, but it requires you to read all the tutorials if you want to master it.

Tasker can do that, but it's not free... on{X} can also automate some actions based on rules you create, and it's free, but since Microsoft is the developer, it tends not to be as popular hehe
