some of my icons are not showing up on my dock....what to do?

i am using my Galaxy S4 and using NEXT LAUNCHER 3D

now all of the sudden sometimes my icons on the dock do NOT display..

Is there anyway to fix this or has anyone come across this and what might be wrong with my device...?
