Have you gone into Settings, About, then touched the Software Update option at the top of the screen? It will check for an update OTA. It should warn you about data use so you can delay the download until you're on Wi-Fi

I got mines I think last week. Try and plug it in your computer and see what Kies says.

Go to Settings->Application Manager, and click one of your apps
If you see "Move to SD" then you have the latest update

Got mine last week (I'm on AT&T) a good friend of mine who is also on AT&T has yet to receive hers.
