Locked Screen with Password- Help!

Cant seem to figure out how to:

- use camera when in locked screen with password
- use NILS notification app when in locked screen with password

Is there any way to have those without compromizing phone security?? Any apps which can help?

Not if you're using any security, otherwise it wouldn't be secure. Its frustrating I know.
I keep it in Swipe to unlock and only password it when I'm away from my phone, takes just a couple of seconds. Just don't need a password if it's in my pocket.
With Widgetlocker you can still put all your shortcuts on the screen but you'd still have to put in password after tapping one.
Maybe possible if your rooted, I don't know.
