Folder Preview Issue

I have recently received a new Samsung S4. When I first received the phone and created app folders in touchwiz - I would be able to hover over the folder to be shown and small preview of what apps are in there.

In the past few days this feature does not seem to be working at all. I have turned 'on' all the smart features and 'Air View' - however to no avail. I have even hard reset the phone. Could someone please help?

I've been having the same issue and have tried all the same steps (except for hard resetting the phone) and nothing works either. Like shaunjchapman, mine worked great for a while and then all of a sudden, BLAM, it was gone. I don't recall any updates that would've caused this. Any help would be great.

At first it worked, but since then nothing


But it's no big deal ..... just tap on the folder and you'll see your apps .... have we become that lazy ?


Plus, that "preview" is really lame ... it's merely an animation that doesn't preview anything
