rumor of the 9506 -your thoughts

I presume everyone has seen the rumors of the new s4 that is reportedly being used with a snapdragon 800mhz processor and possibly 32gb internal storage. What does everyone think?, the rumor is it may be announced the first week in Sept, do we think it will make it to the UK?, will the higher speed processor use more power and hence lower battery life or is the 800 more efficient or do you think they may be able to fit a larger battery in the same phone body? Etc
