    hello! i have this problem on my galaxy s4 i9500 since yesterday. no lights from capacitive buttons even if i have selected always on. i made a hard reset, erased all data, also re-installed the fw but nothing. the device is running on the latest original samsung fw.
    can someone help me how to solve this ?

    Maybe it's a faulty phone. You should be able to exchange it under warranty.

    The charging port is associated with the capacitive light function, although charging and other functions still work the charging port is often the culprit
