On my GS3... Samsung defaulted the Ringtone to play quietly to begin with and then increase to the level the volume was set at. It appears that the S4 is the same. Did Samsung finally get smart and put a setting that a user can choose on this? I never hear my phone until the volume increases... and for the ringtones I use... it really sucks hearing a song come on in mid chorus.

Thoughts? I know there was an app that would disable this... but couldn't stand the icon that was required in the notification bar.
