wi fi text issue

I have had my s4 for a few days now and whenever i am on a wifi netowrk instead of 4g . i dont recieve group messages or pictures text. they just constantly say "downloading........".
anyone else have this issue??? so frustrating

Most carriers want to use mobile data for MMS. Ensure you have mobile data enabled (even when on wifi) and it should work. It won't count against your data plan.. MMS just wants to use the mobile data versus the wifi.
