App problem with rooted phone

Just a quick question. I have a galaxy s4 which I have rooted and installed the Google Play 4.3 rom. However my barclays banking app won't work on a rooted phone.

Is there a way I can root the phone again but keep the Google Play rom?

Are you sure it doesn't like the phone being rooted, or does it not play well with 4.3?

So far I do not think there is a way around it to get bank app working on rooted phone, unless banks change their mind (highly unlikely).:-\

Judging by the reviews, the app indeed does not allow to run on rooted devices.
