    I use a hot spot usually for my ipad. FB photos download perfectly on it so why not on my new S4? I have tried it on Wi Fi also.

    What browser are you using also have you tried to long press the picture till it says save ?

    Actually I am not trying to save them. I just want them to load when I open my Facebook app.

    lol opps my bad read wrong have you tried going into settings apps and clearing the cache in the facebook app?

    settings apps you look for facebook you press clear cache
