I have a buddy that has a voice mail button on the bottom tray next to Aps on his home screen. It's nice as it's one touch to get his voice mail without having to push phone first. How did he get that button there? He says he had a voice mail button under his Aps that he moved there but I can't find any such thing.

Is there a simple way to do this? Or to make voice mail more user friendly like on the Iphone?

AT&T offers a visual voicemail app that works like iPhone visual voicemail. There also appear to be a few others in the Play Store that may help.

Which carrier do you have? It seems almost every carrier I've ran into has a Voicemail app including prepaid ones.
