Transferring pics from PC back to GS4?

I have been trying to import pics back to my phone from my PC but it's not allowing me to ... help !! Am I doing something wrong or is this just not possible??

More details please, like, are you connected via the USB cable that came with the phone, does the PC recognize and see other files on the phone, what error might you be seeing, etc.

I am connected via the usb that came with my phone my computer recognizes my phone when I select the pics I want to import to my phone it says select the phone .. I select my phone I hit import and all it does is want to import the pics on my phone to my PC which I alreay did... I want old pics put on my phobe from my PC??

The way I transfer pictures is by clicking the My Computer icon on my PC...then selecting the phone drive that shows up...then I click the SD card folder.....then I just select the pictures from the PC and drop into the SD card folder.

No problem. That's the way I transfer photos and etc back and forth on mines.
