While waiting to upgrade to the GN3, I cracked the screen on my GS3, which was replaced with a new GS4. The stock browser on the GS4 is a disappointment compared with the latest software updates to the stock GS3 browser (on Verizon). No Labs, which is a really convenient one-handed interface on a device with a large screen. And no true text reflow after zoom, which was finally fixed on the GS3. I've tried all the different browsers and preferred the stock browser. Now I'm back in browser hell!

I'm sure you've tried it, but I'm running Chrome Beta and enjoying the experience. The new gesture stuff is pretty nifty. Sorry they made the new GS4 browser so funky.

Thanks. It did not come up in a search in Google Play, but I found it with a Google search and am trying it now.

I've been playing around with Chrome Beta and I'm not really seeing what it has only offer over the current release version of Chrome for this device. I only see a couple of gestures for moving between tabs and they do not work. Perhaps this is why Chrome Beta does not show up for the GS4 on Google Play? What am I missing?

Tap twice and slide to zoom rather than pinch, it gets faster security updates as well.

Thanks. I get it now--you have to keep pressing on the screen with the second tap. That is kind of cool. But it would be so much more useful if the resized text would reflow with new margins.

I wonder why labs were removed. I thought it was so intuitive and cool. They didn't even put something new in its place, they just cut it entirely.

Yeah, and it was especially good for one-handed use on phones with larger screens, which are becoming more and more common.
