Broken S4, sell for parts?

I have a S4 that no longer works (water damage). It doesn't turn on or do anything. I've tried everything to dry / recover it, but no luck.

I'd like to sell it for parts and get some money out of it, but I don't want to be selling my data away. What can I do to remove all my data before i sell it?

Really not much unless it was on a memory card.

If it was water damaged and will not turn on at all I sincerely doubt that anyone without extremely specialized tools will be able to extract any information from your phone. Just pull the SD card (and SIM if aplicable) and sell it.
