S Beam help!

I am trying to transfer a video from my stock S3 to my friends S4 using the S Beam. I get to about 10-25 percent transfered and the S4 says S Beam failed. Not sure what we are doing wrong. S Beam and NFC are on for both phones.

Any ideas?

What is the source of the video? If it isn't yours, or open source (YouTube) there may be a copyright that is stopping the transfer.

Not where the video came from. I s-beamed it from a friend. Without a problem, but this is the second time with the S4 that I have had this problem.
