Magnetometer readings incorrect

Hi,

I'm developing apps for the android and noticed the magnetic field readings from my new Galaxy S4 are incorrect. I get absurdly high values (500-600uT) for my X, Y and Z axis. I have noticed this affects all the compass apps from the google play store.

Is there a way I can recalibrate the magnetometer?

Like I said, you're contradicting yourself, so stop running the apps before the hole your phone's magnetometer digs reaches the Earth's core and kills us all with a massive volcano
