Changing battery's better to shutdown the S4?

I wouldn't worry about it. The difference you'd see in battery life is likely negligible. Just do whatever is the most convenient.

Nikingstore sells extended batteries and case backs for Galaxy SIII and S4 at $5.59 and $7.99 each included delivery charges. Android Central's price of $97.66 is more than just a rip off.

Not sure what the question is. I shut off my GS4 to change battery. Do you not need to shut it down? I have 2 batteries and use the Samsung charger to have one always ready to replace the one in the phone. Works great, I have to change battery about 1 - 1.5 days depending on how much I use it. I really recommend having an extra battery

I read the title wrong, I thought it said "Charging" not "Changing." I'd shut it down to change the battery just to be safe.
