Everytime I try send a personal video to friend in what's app etc. its just seen as green the audio is fine but there is no visual. I tried turning the phone on and off and I have even taken out the batteries........I receive videos just fine and I can forward videos I've received I just cannot share video files I have recorded myself.......what can I do?
