Samsung S4 Update with 4.3 - not auto sync mail

had update samsung s4 with android 4.3.... - i have one issue with mail application i configure 4 officially imap account on mobile
1. mails not auto sync or receive even if sync peak schedule is set to 5 min and all day ,
2. when open mail apps it not sync automatically - refresh , we must have to push refresh , scroll down finger
3. when i try to sync manually in first combined view there were no effect , then i have going to particular account and push refresh at that time i receive mails
4. in all account (combined view) mails not sync auto also not manually

Yeah with the Samsung Email app ive also noticed that it has had issues with trying to sync my Yahoo email account since the 4.3 update. Id constantly get an error message saying the syncing failed so what I did was just removed my account and im just using the yahoo email app.
