Samsung Galaxy S4 - How to prevent icons moving accidentally in S4?

Hello,

How can I prevent dragging of the icons accidentally? Sometimes when I am holding the phone, my fingers touched the icons and few seconds and it accidentally dragged the icon.

I did not change anything on the phone, the phone is default like when I bought it from the store.

And is there a way to restore the moved icons/undo moving of icons to default original icon location?

I believe a factory reset would be required in this situation. Simply clearing data or cache on the Launcher wouldn't restore them. I don't recommend doing a factory reset for this either, I would just move them back to where you thought they were or where your comfortable with them.

I also don't think there is an option on the stock launcher to " lock " the homescreen(s). However most 3rd party launchers offer this option to lock the homescreen.
