Setting the "Time" on a widget after clock change

I removed the widget, powered off / on the device and re-added the widget back. Still no luck with it sync'ing up to the Samsung date and time.
I also tried to set the phone in "Airplane" mode (and powered off/on) and the widget still displaying wrong time.

P.S. This is only effecting the "Weather/Time" widget. The other widgets that show "Date & Time" are ok.

Is there perhaps a time zone setting within the widget? Sometimes there is a setting to use system time or another zone instead.
