s memo won't open

When I try to open s memo the screen says " prossesing" with the little circle going round and round
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Some more info would help: Have you used S Memo successfully before, or is this your first try?

I would try this: Go to Settings > More > Application manager, scroll over to All, find S Memo, tap it, and tap Clear cache. If that doesn't do it, try restarting the phone.
