galaxy s4 not receiving emails

I have multiple email addresses. A few weeks ago my phone stopped receiving ANY emails. For the last 3 weeks I have tried every suggestion I could find on various sites, but still nothing. I have deleted and reinstalled my email addresses, I have pressed the refresh button, I have downloaded Kies3 etc, etc.

Is there anyone out there who can help?

make sure your sync is not turned off. what email service are you using?
