The quality gets degraded when you record in slow-mo, that's why it looks pixelated

Slow motion video is recorded at 800x450 on the Galaxy S4, regular videos are recorded at 1920x1080. Not much you can actually do because the resolution it is recorded in slow motion is very low.

Okay but on my friends iPhone 5S he can record in slow motion and his it's perfectly clear.

That's because the iPhone 5S records at 720p and 120FPS
