Unique notification for one sender or email subject

I am on call and need to be alerted to an email from a sender. The sender will also have the same subject line as well. The rest of my email can be silent or have a diminished sound. Even though I am very diligent at weeding out spammers it is frustrating to have to look at my phone each time an email arrives. I do have tasker installed for other functions but am not sure if I can use it as a email filter. This week was really bad with each vendor announcing holiday hours or saying merry Christmas. Thanks

My notification method of choice is lightflow it offers differentiated alerts (both lights and sounds) per label for Gmail perhaps it's possible to filter this particular person out through Gmail? I've not had the reason to do this yet but hopefully this is a decent start?
