Smart Switch Forever Circling

Sorry. I know this isn't new but I can't find an answer.

Trying to transfer iPhone data to SG4 but when I get to "Select content to transfer" it just circles.

Is this because there's a lot and if so, any idea HOW LONG it could take?

I can't imagine I've done something wrong because it's not all that complicated.

If the smartphone backup is on the PC or laptop where you using smart switch on, finding it is almost instantaneous, copying depends on the volume of data. I don?t remember iPhone being listed when I copied my BlackBerry data to the S4?
