Hoping you can help me out with a problem I'm having. I recently switched from an iPhone 4 to an S4. I used Smartswitch to get my contacts and photos onto my new phone, but also wanted to get my message history (I don't know why either). When it transferred, no contact names were allocated, and I couldn't scroll through the messages. I eventually managed to delete all threads through many frustrating lag outs and what not, and started fresh.
However, just now, my phone auto updated (or just restarted for some reason, not sure) and all the old message threads I had deleted came back. This is annoying and frustrating, and I'd like to know how to prevent this in the future. Any help is appreciated!
