Lost S memos on update!

Hi everyone

I dont post that often as usually find a solution through going through the forums, but this is driving me crazy I had lots of S Memos on my phone and I updated from jelly bean 4.2 to 4.3 and I lost all my S Memos, ive looked around a bit on here but havent found an exact answer.

Is the app still there or is just the icon not there. Assuming you haven't tried this, go to settings, more,application manager,swipe to the right to ALL, scroll down and see if S Memo is still there. If it is click it, and maybe somehow it just got disabled during the update, hope this helps.

ok i went to manager swiped to the right to ALL> found S Memo and It is still there and does not looked diabled? NOW WHAT?
