Best Camera App with great Image Stabilization

I really love taking photos but the problem is i'm having problem because most of the time the photos i took are blurred using the stock camera, specially in low light conditions. Can you suggest any app that has stabilization mode on even the ISO is set to auto? Or any good camera app for people who has shaky hands. ) Thanks. Much appreciated.

And btw. What is ISO? It is disabled when the anti shake is on. Also, what do you prefer. Anti shake on or ISO auto? Another one. ) When to use anti shake and when to use ISO auto?

Camera Zoom FX has a feature where it won't take the shot until it detects that the phone is not moving.

Awwww, come now, it's only $3! That's the price of a cafe latte at Starbucks, so for me, it would just mean going without my caffeine fix for one morning ...

I don't think there's a free version, but you could always purchase it, try it out for 15 minutes, and get a refund if you don't like it.
