Brand new samsung galaxy s4 earphones with right ear not working

I've tried the ear phone with other devices and the same result occurs. I'm beyond pissed at samsung as this is my 3rd earphone to behave this way but the difference is it's the first time i'm using these!!! They're original and just threw the little box or whatever away!

Please help me before i really hate this brand ugh :''(
