So my workplace requires that we encrypt our phones and install MobileIron Mobile@Work. I have not yet installed the app, but I have encrypted my phone, which has raised some questions.
1. I had to switch from a pattern to a password with letters & numbers. I'd prefer a numerical PIN or pattern. I am not being offered the option to switch back to pattern/PIN. Is there any way to do this?
2. When I plug in my phone to my desktop via USB (with password entered) I can access items on the SD card, but the folders on the phone appear empty. Can I fix this so I can access these folders?
