I got a message pop up saying my phone has 14 viruses on it & I need to follow the instructions on how to get rid of them so I pressed ok & got mobogenie start to automatically download. It downloaded twice after I deleted it the first time. I can't even open mobogenie as my security is set to high. How do I delete all sources of mobogenie as I don't want it downloading automatically all the time.

That virus thing is spam ad.

Check under downloads in my files app.
