Every time I send an e-mail it send me a copy.

Hi Everyone,
I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 and i'm using the email application for a Virgin Media email address, every time I send a new email or reply email it sends my self a copy of the email. I have gone into email settings and I see the option 'Always Cc/Bcc myself this is set to none however underneath it says 'include my email address in Cc/Bcc line.'

Does any one know how to disable this function?

I also wondered if any one knows how to set the email settings up so if i view a new email on my phone it will also come up on my laptop in Outlook. At the moment if i read a email on my Samsung S4 using Virgin Media Imap settings the email will not display in Outlook on my laptop?
