Screen Capture Problem

Hi Guys,

I noticed just this week that my screen captures are blurry when I view them in gallery but when I am in edit mode for these screen captures they go back in high quality captures. Does anyone experience this problem?

BTW there was an update last week so I updated my phone but it is still 4.4.2 update so might this be the reason for the problem?

Is it blurry from the thumbnail or when viewing the image fullscreen?
I have had issues with blurriness when sharing pics, but not viewing them. Which gallery app are you using?

It is blurry in thumbnail and view mode. I am using stock gallery app. Mine is in good quality when sharing.

You can try clearing the cache on the gallery app. Go to settings > device > apps > all and find the app.

I've done this already and still no luck. Maybe I'll wait for 4.4.3

For now you can use an alternate gallery app, pike Google's Photos.
