I updated my gs4 a few days ago and since then I havent had any sound from my phone and videos online and youtube and even videos i recorded play like slow motion! I reset my phone and it gives me sound for a few minutes then nothing. I cant hear calls either or speaker phone. Im thinking about factory resetting even tho i dont want to. Also i just reset it again without the sim and it turn on quick as hell. With sim in resets kinda slow

Welcome to Android Central! Try wiping the cache partition, which won't erase any personal data: Reset: Samsung Galaxy S 4 | T-Mobile Support

Whoops! I usually go by post count, rather than digging deeper to look for the date you joined.
