Unlocked UK Galaxy S4 Won't Connect to USA Network
I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 that was on the O2 network in the UK. I moved back to the USA and wanted to use my phone on my Sprint Network. I got an unlock code from doctorSIM, and the code worked, but my S4 won't connect to the network. I even did a factory reset, but it still won't work.
Instead I got these two errors:
"The network did not respond in time. The SIM card was locked. Please power cycle the device and if the problem persists, contact Customer Service."
and
"The mobile network will be unavailable until you restart with a valid SIM card inserted."
Any advice would be appreciated.
