Why is my sound not working on my Samsung Galaxy S4 and all videos are laggy?

I just got my phone out of a boot loop and now every single video I watch is like slow motion lag and their is no sound on my phone at all

Welcome to the forums. Have you tried pulling the battery for a few minutes and restarting?

Yes I have and it got it stuck in another boot loop plus even when I put on headphones it's broken too.

I restarted it to the factory settings and still nothing

It may be necessary to reflashing the stock ROM.

You would need to get the stock files. They can be found on either Samsung updated or Sammobile. Then download and install a PC program called Odin. http://forums.androidcentral.com/am...ide-samsung-how-flash-stock-rom-via-odin.html

You probably have a hardware issue, then. If you have insurance, I would look into that.
