Is there anything I need to calibrate with the Hyperion Extended Battery on KitKat to show the accurate charge percentage?

Hyperion Extended Battery on KitKat

I've done some searches on this but couldn't find anything specific to the Verizon S4's latest KitKat build and the Hyperion extended batteries.

Is there anything specific needed to calibrate the standard battery percentage to reflect an accurate number? (The native battery %, not anything from an app or widget) I have the 5800 mAh extended battery.

No, you can't "calibrate" the battery usage. (So-called calibration "calibrates" what percentage of the total drain each app is using.) The percentage is based on the terminal voltage of the battery, which is about the best we can do in a phone. (A real battery analyzer isn't something you want to carry around for more than a couple of minutes.) It should hold fairly well regardless of the capacity of the battery. (The percentage charge/terminal voltage curve is pretty similar for different capacity batteries.)
