I have had my un-rooted Verizon GS4 for about 1.5 years and have not had a problem with installing apps or moving them to the SD. Today, I ran out of room to update apps so I was trying to make room. I go to App Manager and first tried to move apps to the SD card. I clicked the button and it said "moving" but sat there for like 10-15 min without doing anything so i hit back. Since that didnt work I tried unistalling something. It just hung on the status bar and then the phone resets. This has happened multiple times... any recommendations?

You might have so little room the OS can't do much. Try this: go to Settings>storage>click on the cache partition. It will ask something like if you want to clear cached data with Cancel/Ok. Click ok. See if that helps to free up some space to delete some apps.
