i got home to charge my phone (on 4%), it charged to 8% and i took it off briefly to take a few photos of my daughter real quick then it dropped to 1% and i plugged it back into the charger. then it powered off after that. upon powering it back on while on the charger this screen came up
top left corner in tiny print:
    FACTORY MODE
    PRODUCT NAME: SCH-I545
    CURRENT BINARY: Samsung Official
    SYSTEM STATUS: Official
    CSB-CONFIG-LSB: 0x30
    WRITE PROTECTION: Enable
    eMMc BURST MODE enabled

in the middle of the screen is the droid bot and underneath it says
    Downloading...
Do not turn off target !!

what does this mean? its been like this for 30 mins now. Im afraid to unplug the charger

I've had this phone since april.

You are in download mode. Assuming that you accidentally got into this menu(and didn't intend to flash something) , you can simply pull the battery, the phone should then restart normally
