How to bypass lock screen pin or recover photos and contacts without USB Debugging or Rooted Phone

So I recently changed my pin and forgot the pass code. I don't mine resetting the phone, except I really need to recover all of my photos on my phone and my contacts before resetting it. I don't have USB Debugging enabled and the phone is not rooted. Is there any way I can recover the data or bypass the lock screen?

Welcome to the forums. Have you tried taking it to your carrier store? They can probably bypass the lock for you.

I called rogers and they said that the only way to get past it is to do a restore. But there's probably another way of getting my data back that I wanna try.
