email sync

OK I've set my email sync for peak times with peak time finishing around 10pm but I'm still getting emails coming through at all times after that time, Anyone have any ideas why. I've tried having sync set as manual, autopush all with no difference.

Email will still sync unless you turn sync off in the email account itself or the global sync. The last option whould mean that nothing on the s4 will be syncing at all.
