Why does the Smart Remote ad keep popping up on the Galaxy S4?

Smart Remote ad keeps popping up on Galaxy S4

I keep getting this notification, with a little TV icon, that says "Control your TV. Try Smart Remote now."

I'm not interested in trying Smart Remote - is there a way too make these notifications stop?
