Why do I get a Account Protection Enabled notification on my Galaxy S4?

"Account Protection Enabled" notification on Galaxy S4

Ever since I installed a firmware update on my Galaxy S4 a few days ago, I get this "Account Protection Enabled" notification every time I open an app.

Anybody know what it is or where it comes from? And my phone seems sluggish since the update - could this "protection" app be showing it down?

just want to ask , do you have mobile protection app??? are you subscribe to us cellular??


coz if you have just go to settings>app manager>all>search for mobile >turn off
