How do I stop a NAND write error installing CWM v6.0.4.5 on my S4?

S4 - NAND write error installing CWM v6.0.4.5

I want to root my Samsung S4 GT-I9500 Australian. I got following error installing CWM Recovery using ODIN3 v1.85

Fortunately I still have a phone that works

I want to install SuperSU and rename some OGG files. Sounds on the phone are driving me crazy.
