SIM Card Not working

Almost a week My Sim card not working and sometime it worked fine, I am using S4, In that case what should I do, Why my Sim card not working? Please help me out.

If the SIM card is faulty, your network will provide you with a replacement.

When I think to replace my Sim working fine, than i thought I don't need it, it will be last opportunity to replace Sim card. Now I know.To get rid off for a long time this problem.
