Why can't I receive a text from friend who has a T-Mobile, Galaxy 4 just like me?

can't receive a text from friend who has t-mobile, galaxy 4 just like me

I receive her phone calls, she receives my text/calls. But I can't receive her text. She is not blocked.

Are or were either of you using an iPhone before? If so, it may be related to iMessage. You'll need to disable it from your account in iTunes.

Let us know if that works or provide more information.
